For potential students needing to pay tuition in payments, we offer two payment plan options. Option one applies ONLY to Phlebotomy Tech and EKG Tech. Option two applies to all other programs. Both options have a minimum down payment that is required to initiate the payment plan and program registration. Future payments can be made at the student’s convenience, in accordance with the Payment Plan Guidelines below. Students will simply need to call 1 (800)595-6276 or e-mail email@example.com to request an electronic invoice in whatever amount they choose. The invoice can be accessed and paid through e-mail.
This payment plan option is for those enrolling in Phlebotomy Tech or EKG Tech. It requires a down payment of $300, which will hold your seat and go towards the allocation of your training materials.

Payment Plan Guidelines:
The registration deadline for a course that begins on Saturday, April 6, 2013 would be Saturday, March 16, 2013–exactly 3 weeks/21 days from the program start date. If all fees have not been submitted by the deadline, then a $75 late fee is incurred. Once at least 75% of tuition and fees has been received, the student will receive all books and supplies; the ability to register for certification examinations; as well as access to the e-campus training modules, videos, and practice tests for the duration of their program. Therefore, the sooner fees are paid, the more time students will have with their training materials, which is why we suggest that registrations be completed as soon as possible.
